The Ideal Candidate Will Be

IT literate, communicate clearly and professionally, remain calm under pressure, and work collaboratively across the firm. They will take pride in their work, maintain strong client relationships, and support colleagues where appropriate.

Essential Skills

• Qualification as a Solicitor or CILEx with 1+ years’ PQE
• Strong knowledge of their practice area
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently

• Marketing and networking ability
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proactive approach to identifying client needs and cross-referral opportunities
