Due to sustained growth and internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. Role overview:
As part of the busy Commercial Property team, you will handle a varied caseload of matters, including but not limited to:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters (including lease renewals, surrenders, and assignments)
- Commercial leases and licences
- Development work
- Property finance and secured lending transactions
- Corporate support on property elements of business sales/purchases
- You will be working closely with partners and senior associates, benefiting from both their expertise and the firm's excellent resources.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years' post-qualification experience in commercial property law
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- A proactive and professional approach
- The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
