Overview

Commercial Property Solicitor (locum) 5+ PQE, Suffolk, £40 - £50 per hour, office-based/hybrid. An opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join a well-established firm and provide locum support to the team on an ongoing basis to cover permanent recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of property transactions, including complex matters, requiring strong commercial property expertise.
• Manage a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, remortgages, refinancing, commercial leases, and construction contracts.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
• Support is provided by a legal secretary and wider team members.
• Role is primarily office-based, with hybrid working considered.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property.
• Experience handling a broad range of property transactions.
• Availability to start immediately and commit on a full-time ongoing basis.
