Overview Commercial Property Solicitor – London (Hybrid Working)Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 + Bonus, DOEPQE: NQ – 4 years An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving and expanding team within a highly respected Legal 500 firm based in London. This role is ideal for a confident and versatile lawyer looking to build a long-term career in a busy department with a strong client base and a reputation for excellence. The Role You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:

Acquisitions and disposals Commercial leases and lease renewals Site assembly and estate development Property work for pension schemes, educational institutions, investors, charities, and insolvency practitioners Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development agreements Advising on planning permissions, disputes, and financing

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

Support junior team members through mentoring and guidance Assist senior fee earners and the Head of Department Contribute to business development and networking initiatives

What We’re Looking For

NQ to 4 years PQE in commercial property Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision Excellent client-facing skills and commercial awareness Interest in mentoring and team collaboration A proactive approach to business development
