Commercial Property Solicitor (Partner/Head of Department): A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead and grow its property practice.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead the Commercial Property team, with scope to shape and grow the department.
  • Handle a broad range of high-value matters including land development projects, landlord and tenant transactions, lease renewals, purchases and sales of businesses and investment properties, real estate finance, and general commercial conveyancing.
  • Work alongside a collegiate partnership team within a firm known for innovation and progressive working practices.

About You:

  • At least 10 years' PQE in commercial property.
  • Strong track record in client development and relationship management.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Commercially astute with excellent technical ability and client care skills.
