The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development work and property finance.
  • Work closely with an established client base of developers, investors, and landlords.
  • Help develop the department, supporting junior lawyers and enforcing best practices and processes.
  • Contribute to business development, leveraging the firm’s strong reputation and network.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and client management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with experience training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to help grow the firm’s client base.
