This is a hybrid opportunity where you will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week from first day of employment. Responsibilities

Acting for borrowers in refinancing. Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants. Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years Post Qualification Experience, however, we may be flexible on this Dependent on experience and for someone with exceptional background. Experience in dealing with all aspect of primarily commercial property but also residential property. Good technical knowledge. Interest and proven ability in business development. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.
