The Role

You will be part of a busy and growing Real Estate team, working alongside senior professionals on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Landlord and tenant work
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Property development
• Investment transactions
• Commercial leases and lease renewals

This is a great opportunity to work on high-calibre transactions while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your role.

About You

You will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Solid experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm
• Strong client care and relationship management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
• The ability to manage files independently and collaboratively within a team
