Overview

We are working with a local authority's growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team.

The role would require office presence once a week, the rest of the position is fully remote.

Role details

• Full time hours
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Hybrid working arrangement (once a week in the office for sealing documents)
• Rate: £50-60ph depending on candidate experience

Qualifications

• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
• Must have experience with landlord and tenant, disposals, and lease extensions
