The opportunity

  • Advise a diverse and high-profile client base including:
    • National and regional developers
    • Real estate investors
    • Major telecoms & infrastructure providers
    • Leisure, retail, and commercial landlord clients
  • Handle a broad mix of work, including:
    • Development and investment transactions
    • Portfolio and asset management
    • Landlord & tenant matters
    • Sector-specific property projects

You’ll enjoy autonomy, real responsibility, and regular client contact from day one, all supported by a team of experienced commercial real estate partners.

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
  • Background in development, investment, L&T or asset management work
  • Strong client-handling and communication skills
  • Commercially‑mindful and collaborative with a proactive mindset
  • A genuine interest in building long‑term client relationships
