The Commercial & Residential Property Lawyer will be responsible for handling property transactions, providing legal advice on property-related matters, conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role requires effective client communication and close collaboration with other team members to deliver high-quality legal services.DutiesProvide expert legal advice on a variety of commercial and residential property matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Represent clients in negotiations with third parties, ensuring favourable terms and conditions are achieved.Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide informed recommendations.Advise clients on risk management strategies and compliance issues related to their business operations.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business decisions.Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting commercial and residential property law and advise clients accordingly.Experience with Lexcel accredited firms is advantageousSkillsExceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients while maintaining professional relationships.Strong analytical skills to assess complex legal documents and identify potential issues.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.Ability to manage own caseload independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Proven problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Experience:Preferably 2 years PQE but less experience considered.Benefits:Free parkingSalary dependent on experience.Job Details:Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: LegalIndustry: Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
