Advising clients across industries on complex IT and data protection matters, including AI and emerging technologies, licensing agreements and data protection queries. Supervising less experienced colleagues, leading complex matters and actively participating in business development. Providing strategic commercial contract advice with a focus on IT and Data Protection.
Qualifications
6+ years PQE in commercial contracts, specifically IT and Data Protection. Technically excellent with strong drafting and negotiation skills. Solid relationship builder and confident leader. Desire for career progression toward partnership.
