Duties And Responsibilities Related To The Commis Chef Role
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
- Minimize food waste and maintain quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth service.
