OverviewCommissioning Engineer (HVAC) – Leeds / Warrington (Flexible across surrounding areas)Full-time | PermanentSalary: £40k+ResponsibilitiesCarry out air and water balancing, site testing, plant start-up, and fault diagnosis.Undertake risk assessments, method statements and toolbox talks, ensuring a safe working environment.Liaise with clients, contractors and site representatives to coordinate commissioning activities.Conduct environmental checks and commission ability reviews.Prepare and collate test data and commissioning reports using company software.Read and interpret electrical diagrams and perform inspections.Manage resources effectively to meet commissioning programmes.Travel to various project sites, with lodging provided when required.Must be able to balance air and water systems.RequirementsMinimum 3 years\' HVAC commissioning experienceComputer literate (Microsoft Office) and UK driving licenseNVQ in Building Services or equivalent qualificationPackage & BenefitsCar allowance/Company car, laptop and phone, testing kit provided, bonus scheme based on company performance.About the CompanyOur client operates across two businesses - a specialist Commissioning Company and an M&E Design Consultancy - working seamlessly together to deliver high-quality building services projects.
