About the Job

As the UK’s communications and engagement lead, you will drive engagement initiatives across the UK, providing strategy, guidance, and support to enable local site engagement leads to foster employee engagement and effective internal communication, whilst aligning with PeakOS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate on a 12‑month annual engagement plan, aligned with Global EverBetter and ESG objectives – utilising posters, TV screens, EverConnect, email, and EverTeam communication channels.
  • Develop, implement, manage and optimise engagement processes, ensuring consistency across the UK and alignment with PeakOS.
  • Plan and arrange monthly UK town halls – including sourcing suitable speakers and presenting at appropriate times.
  • Lead the CXperts Challenge to drive engagement, providing business updates while planning and organising quarterly committee meetings.
  • Order monthly E‑points for each person, ensuring sites across the UK can reward high performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the UK to deliver monthly and quarterly business updates, plus the quarterly newsletter.
  • Lead UK‑wide annual campaigns including the MAX annual survey and 12 days of Christmas.
  • Effectively engage with employees at all levels (internally and externally).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with, support and provide advice for many stakeholders across the UK including HR, site leaders, and other functions – including ad hoc requests.
  • Meet local engagement leads at least once per month to provide updates, support, direction and review progress.
  • Engage with several global points of contact and attend global forums to ensure UK alignment with initiatives such as CXperts Challenge, EverBetter, EverConnect, Frankie, and MAX.
  • Onboard local site engagement leads, setting expectations and empowering them to succeed.
  • Work with the marketing team to provide employee engagement collateral for social media and e‑reputation platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Communications Governance & Reporting

  • Manage, develop and communicate monthly reports including the EverConnect adoption report.
  • Measure the success of engagement and communications using a continuous improvement methodology, aiming to showcase ROI and the value added by employee engagement.
  • Administer EverConnect editor permissions and audience requests, delivering training when required.
  • Plan and manage UK communications, including the fulfilment of global and UK leadership team requests.

Targets

  • eNPS – annual target set by the UK HR director.
  • EverConnect adoption – 80%.
  • PeakOS audits – enable site engagement leads across the UK to achieve 80% for Engagement Planning and CXperts.
