Overview

Regional Communications Manager responsible for driving Thinkproject’s reputation, visibility, and thought leadership within the UK, MEA, and ANZ regions. You will translate the global brand narrative into locally relevant stories that resonate with customers, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaign Management, and regional sales to ensure market-relevant messaging.

What your day will look like

As Regional Communications Manager, you will shape how our brand is perceived by external audiences and own the public-facing voice of Thinkproject in your region. You will work with Product Marketing Managers and Campaign Managers to align messaging with regional priorities, and engage with global functions and the local sales team to ensure market insight drives communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: drive regional brand awareness and recognition; translate the global brand narrative into regional relevance; align regional communications with global guidelines and local priorities.
  • External Communication & Editorial Planning: lead external communications across media, owned digital channels, and industry platforms; create and own the regional editorial plan covering news, achievements, thought leadership, and knowledge content; localize corporate narratives into regional languages and cultural contexts.
  • Owned Media & Social Presence: grow and engage audiences via owned channels; manage the regional newsletter and regional videocast/podcast series from content planning to promotion.
  • Media, Influencers & Partnerships: identify and engage regional influencers; build partnerships with regional media and industry associations; secure coverage and speaking slots; support speaker engagements at third-party conferences and events.
  • Executive & Employee Advocacy: elevate regional executives’ profiles and collaborate on employee advocacy programs.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: partner with Product Marketing and Campaign Managers; share best practices with global teams for consistency and knowledge exchange.
  • Performance Tracking & Innovation: report on communications performance with data-driven insights; use AI and productivity tools to enhance content creation; experiment with new formats and tactics to maximize engagement.

What you need to fulfill the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in communications, PR, or brand management, ideally in B2B or technology industries.
  • Track record of raising a B2B brand’s profile in the UK/ANZ/MEA regions, with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong storytelling, content creation, and media relations skills.
  • Native English language proficiency.
  • Experience managing social media channels and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and adopting new digital communication technologies.
