Salary: £27,783 per year plus Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours total). Shifts can be between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with hours allocated 3 weeks in advance.
  • Drive up to 2 hours to reach the venue; some venues may require public transport.
  • Work across multiple clinic venues within your region, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Plan routes, travel to allocated venues, greet customers, and manage 15 to 22 customer interactions per day. Appointments range from 10 to 45 minutes depending on package and assessments.
  • Perform health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests) and advise on appropriate next steps when relevant. Maintain administration records.
  • Relaying results or lifestyle advice to customers is not required after assessments.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car to transport equipment to venues.
  • Ability to work any days between Monday and Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis (6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, 1pm–10pm).
  • Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets.
  • Clear DBS; processing is handled on your behalf.
  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home location and occasional overnight stays.
  • Living within the region’s distance and ability to attend Milton Keynes head office for the first 2 weeks of training (Mon–Fri).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
  • On onboarding, a satisfactory enhanced criminal records check is required (covered by us).
  • All roles require a satisfactory criminal record check as part of onboarding.
