We are looking for two Community Housing Officers to join our team in Housing Management. To be successful, you will share our values , commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities.

About The Role

Join our Housing Management Service as a Community Housing Officer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of tenancies and communal spaces. We are committed to providing safe, secure, and supportive living environments for all council tenants and leaseholders.

The Housing Service has just been transformed and you will have a number of properties you will be fully responsible for, taking pride and ownership for the quality of the neighbourhoods and tenant satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a professional person with knowledge of housing management, anti-social-behaviour, health and safety for residents and working within local communities.

You will need to either hold, be working towards or commit to completing a CIH Level 3 qualification in Housing Management.
