Company Secretarial Assistant Manager – City of London – Top 40 Firm

Are you a Company Secretarial Senior/ Assistant Manager seeking a step up at a Top 40 Firm? Do you want to work for a growing a progressive firm that puts your progression first?

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the maintenance of statutory registers and ensure timely filings with Companies House
  • Leading the preparation and submission of confirmation statements and other statutory filings
  • Managing and supporting client transactions, including share issuances, restructurings, acquisitions, and capital reductions
  • Liaising with legal advisors, tax consultants, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of transactions
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and delivering proactive advice

Qualifications

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified (CGI or equivalent governance/legal training)
  • 3+ years of experience in a company secretarial, legal, or governance role
  • A strong understanding of corporate governance principles and UK regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience with Diligent Entities
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
