Competitive Intelligence Analyst / Business Development Associate (Part-Time) – Flexible remote role with semi-regular travel to Alderley Park, Cheshire. BiVictriX Therapeutics is an early-stage oncology biotech pioneering highly selective cancer therapeutics using our Bi-Cygni platform and a pipeline of first-in-class bispecific Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs).

We are looking for a Competitive Intelligence Analyst / Business Development Associate to join our team and support CI and BD strategy during this exciting phase.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a scientifically strong, analytical, and self-motivated individual with prior research or industry experience. You’ll be responsible for:

• Competitive Intelligence – Interrogating scientific & clinical literature, analysing therapeutic assets, and reporting key findings
• Market Analysis – Monitoring deal trends, analysing competitor pipelines, and identifying strategic opportunities
• Business Development – Supporting external interactions with potential partners and contributing to strategic discussions
• Presenting & Reporting – Delivering concise, evidence-based insights internally and externally
• Conference Coverage – Attending key conferences to gather insights, network, and support BD activities

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Educated to PhD in a related field (or MSc/BSc with additional industry experience) with prior industry experience in oncology / drug development sector
• Experienced in analysing complex scientific data and distilling insights
• Knowledgeable in global pharma development, regulatory, and commercial landscapes (US/EU focus desirable)
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
