About the role:
We are seeking a complaints manager for a long-term temporary assignment. You will serve as the primary contact for business areas during challenging situations, investigate complex complaints, and retain customer loyalty by turning difficult circumstances into positive outcomes. You will also act as the final escalation point for complex or costly repairs.

You will influence customer experience strategies and utilize complaint insights to improve products, services, and processes.
Qualifications:
- GCSE/A-Level equivalent education
- Strong interpersonal skills across management levels
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive with quick reaction skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative

Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly wage, an annual performance bonus, up to 35 days of leave including bank holidays, free on-site parking, and access to a subsidized restaurant. The role supports hybrid working, combining remote and on-site work.
