They are seeking a Complex Care Manager to oversee and support their high-quality services. Offer

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

Responsibilities

• Manage complex service users' care packages and ensure high standards of care
• Supervise and support care staff, fostering clear communication and teamwork
• Coordinate scheduling and diaries with trust and autonomy
• Provide on-call support as required, ensuring continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the service and client relationships

Requirements

• Experience working with complex service users
• Leadership or management experience in a care setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting your team
