Location: Based in London Bridge (with UK-wide travel)
Salary: £30,0000 - £35,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent

At Harmony Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Complex Care Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care delivery for clients with complex health needs across the UK.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering both core and specialist face-to-face training to Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, supporting induction, clinical competency, and continuous professional development. You'll be based at our London Bridge hub but will travel to other locations across the country to deliver training and assessments.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering specialist training (e.g. tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, epilepsy)
- Conducting clinical skills assessments and competency checks
- Supporting inductions and refresher programmes
- Working with teams to identify training needs
- Ensuring training records are up-to-date and compliant
- Helping to source and coordinate external training venues
You’ll be an experienced clinical educator with the confidence to train others and the flexibility to travel regularly. You’ll be organised, professional, and passionate about clinical excellence.
Essential
- Recognised training qualification (e.g. PTLLS, Level 3 AET)
- Hands-on clinical experience in complex care
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
- Experience in community/homecare settings
- Familiarity with CQC standards and training compliance
