We are seeking a Compliance Consultant to join our P&O Cruises Onboard Revenue & Product department, bringing expertise and fresh insights to support our growth and innovation.
Role Overview
The Compliance Consultant is a key member of the Shore Experience team, managing compliance across both brands in all Shorex business areas, including supplier management, product development, operational delivery, invoicing, and sustainability. The Shorex program involves over 200 suppliers and more than 4000 experiences. The role focuses on process, regulation, and specification management to maximize resources, reduce risks, and enhance guest trust.
This role involves:
- Managing the destination assurance system, coordinating reviews, assessments, and contracts. Supporting product development and demand planning, managing supplier information requests.
- Ensuring adequate insurance through supplier collaboration, managing risks, legal considerations, and guest experience impacts. Overseeing Shorex invoicing in Markview, prioritizing assessments aligned with delivery schedules, and implementing destination assurance programs.
- Supporting procurement and contracting of tour operators globally, assisting onboard teams with settlement issues, and collaborating with product, procurement, and partners to resolve challenges.
This position is at CUK10 level, full-time, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid work options (up to two days remote).
