Job Description: Join our growing team as a Compliance Consultant where you will successfully manage and develop client relationships, deliver client project work and be the first point of contact for a portfolio of firms, providing ongoing compliance support.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships, becoming their go-to compliance expert.
- Provide tailored advice on financial crime issues like AML, market abuse, and anti-bribery.
- Conduct compliance monitoring, draft policies and reports, and support regulatory documentation.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and guide clients through their impact.
- Contribute to team growth while expanding your own career in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.
- Bring hands-on experience from compliance consultancies or professional services firms.
- Deliver client monitoring, advisory services, and implement solutions that meet complex regulatory demands.
- Be confident with FCA compliance, Money Laundering Regulations, and have solid skills across Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Understand the financial services landscape—asset management, sell-side, or banking—and communicate with clarity, enthusiasm, and purpose.
