The Vacancy
Are you passionate about ensuring safety and compliance across property services? We’re looking for a Compliance Contracts Officer to join our team and help manage landlord compliance, contracts, and contractors.
About The Role
As a Compliance Contracts Officer, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the delivery of landlord asset compliance programmes including Fire, Water, Asbestos, LOLER, and other regulatory inspections. You’ll:
- Monitor and report on compliance, identifying and addressing non-compliance issues.
- Ensure works are completed in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support procurement processes and manage contractor performance.
- Carry out inspections and support refurbishment, maintenance, and repair works.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a compliance-related field.
- Strong working knowledge of the ‘Big 6’ compliance areas in housing.
- Experience in landlord compliance, contract procurement, and contractor management.
- Ability to analyse complex data and produce clear, auditable reports.
- A full valid driving licence and flexibility to attend meetings outside core hours.

This role is full time Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available.
