Compliance Manager – Monitoring & Reporting – Salary circa £55,000

We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly established Group Compliance Monitoring and Reporting team! This is a fantastic role for a proactive team player with experience working in an FCA regulated environment in a compliance / conduct risk position. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

A bit about the job:

You will be responsible for supporting the successful establishment and operating of the newly created Group Compliance Monitoring and Reporting team within Group Compliance and Conduct. You will help develop new ways of working, enhanced by technology, facilitate cross-group working and undertake a range of monitoring reviews, reflecting the evolution of Aviva’s business and external operating environment (e.g. use of data and Gen AI, and evolving regulatory requirements). Your reports will be insightful and impactful for senior stakeholders on conduct and compliance risk and outcomes.

You will support the production of insightful Compliance and Conduct reports for the Group Board Risk Committee and Group Customer and Sustainability Committee, and preparing any other reports required for Group Regulatory Compliance and Conduct.

Group Compliance and Conduct is a second line of defence function, within Aviva’s One Risk function. The role requires a curious mindset and a desire to work collaboratively across an exciting, dynamic group.
