Compliance Monitoring Manager / Expert

Our client is a regulated outsourcing services provider, authorised by the FCA and part of a leading global IT services group. They deliver front-to-back office services for major pension and investment firms across the UK.

This is a new and high-impact compliance role focused on monitoring regulatory risks, developing action plans, and supporting regulatory oversight in a fast-scaling environment. You'll lead core strategic workstreams and guide both UK and offshore compliance teams.

Experience in Compliance Monitoring for retail investments and/or pensions
Strong understanding of FCA regulatory environment
Ability to manage staff and mentoring junior team members
Effective in conducting risk assessments and control reviews
Excellent report writing and communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with CASS or suitability of advice reviews

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 Basic + Benefits + Bonus (dependant on grade)
