As a Senior Compliance Manager - Programmes, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key compliance initiatives, driving best practices, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of compliance programmes, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives and align them with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance performance, track key metrics, and implement improvements to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, ensuring accessibility and transparency.
• Promote global best practices in compliance, fostering a culture of integrity across Vodafone.

Who you are

• A compliance or risk management expert with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.
• A seasoned programme manager with a proven track record in compliance monitoring and data architecture.
• A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioural change.
• Culturally aware, with experience working across international markets.
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus) and hold a relevant degree or compliance certification.

• Discretionary yearly bonus: 20%
