Concession Deputy Store Manager – Dundee We are looking to recruit a Concession Deputy Store Manager for one of our Mamas & Papas concession stores in Dundee at Next. As a Deputy Manager, you will work with the Concession Manager to run the store and deliver a great customer experience while achieving store KPI's. You will manage a team of supervisors and sales assistants, motivating, inspiring and developing them while leading by example. Run day-to-day store operations with the Concession Manager. Deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve store KPI's. Manage a team of supervisors and sales assistants, motivating & developing them. Lead by example and support staff growth.
