Concierge Specialist (Itinerary Sales): Velocity Black - UK (Remote)

This is a permanent, remote position. To be eligible to apply, you must reside in the UK.

What you’ll do

• Create tailor-made end-to-end itineraries including all accommodation, transportation, experiences, and trip concierge.
• Take ownership of all aspects of the member’s trip booking experience from initial request to post-trip feedback.
• Provide comprehensive and accurate travel documentation.
• Hit or exceed individual and team targets.
