Grid Connections Manager | London (Hybrid) | up to 45k DOE

We’re representing a leading clean energy business at the forefront of the UK’s transition to net zero. They’re growing their team and are looking for a Grid Connections Manager to take ownership of grid connection activities across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This role blends technical expertise with project delivery— from preparing and reviewing applications to liaising with network operators, optimising connection costs, and supporting site identification, planning, and land agreements.

What you’ll need:

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in grid connections, electrical engineering, or network operations (distribution or transmission)

• Knowledge of GB grid procedures, codes, and engineering recommendations (G99, G100, P28, G5, CUSC)

• Strong communication skills to engage with DNOs, IDNOs, the ESO, landowners, and internal teams

• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects to tight timelines

• Passion for the renewables sector and decarbonisation
