We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Conservatory Sales Executives to join our team. If you are a driven, customer-oriented sales professional with a passion for design and the ability to create bespoke solutions, we would love to hear from you!
Overview
The role involves following up on warm sales leads, conducting in-home consultations or using our remote selling framework, and presenting bespoke conservatory solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their homes or using our remote selling framework.
- Conducting in-depth consultations with customers to understand their specific requirements and design preferences.
- Providing expert advice on conservatory options, materials, and design possibilities.
- Preparing and presenting detailed quotes and proposals tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Educating customers about products and services offered, and cross-selling where appropriate.
What we’re looking for
- Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to translate customer preferences into bespoke conservatory plans (CAD).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
- Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
- Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
