What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising on corporate governance and complex legal matters, helping the business navigate risk and seize opportunities.
• Leading the management of construction-related claims and disputes, including insurer liaison, negotiation, and strategic planning.
• Supporting senior leaders with clear reporting and insights, while helping to improve internal systems and deliver training across the business.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Qualified solicitor with 1–6 years PQE
• Strong background in construction law and dispute resolution
• Skilled in negotiation, contract management, and risk mitigation
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset and collaborative approach

Desirable

• Experience with construction insurance matters
• Familiarity with international construction disputes

Tech Skills

• Comfortable using legal and case management software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
