Construction Health & Safety Advisor (Senior Health and Safety Officer) – Hyde

Location: London – 2 days in the office (Tower Hamlets & London Bridge), 3 days on-site (mainly South East London)

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus company vehicle and fuel card

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe systems of work across Property Maintenance London.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and investigate incidents.
• Lead health and safety training and toolbox talks.
• Update and improve policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance on H&S projects and deputise for the H&S Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven H&S experience in property maintenance or construction.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to safety culture improvement.
• The ability to interpret legislation and deliver effective training.
