EPC Construction Manager

The COMPANY

Our client is a well-established global manufacturer of power generation and combustion equipment, primarily serving the petrochemical, oil, and gas industries. Their comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems, and pollution control equipment.

The ROLE

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a strategically important EPC Construction Team Manager to build a division responsible for multimillion-dollar construction projects across the EMEA region. This role involves coordinating, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising construction crews and subcontractors.

This position requires a flexible and dynamic individual with a passion for delivering complex engineering and construction projects worldwide. The candidate will be responsible for developing and growing the construction team and installation business across EMEA. Considerable travel will be involved; it is estimated that half of the time will be spent in the office, with the other half on-site.

The CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be a talented professional with significant experience in a similar EPC environment. Key experience includes:

• Background in oil and gas, combustion, or EPC
• Construction and commissioning experience
• Excellent team management skills
• Experience in petrochemical/oil and gas construction environments
• Strong technical knowledge
• Willingness to travel
• Flexibility to work in the office when not on-site

SALARY: Dependent on experience
