About M Group Water
At M Group Water, we help our clients safeguard water supply, improve environmental performance, and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. With over 140 years of combined experience, we are problem solvers in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be part of BES, which provides fully integrated services to clients in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. We develop bespoke solutions tailored to each client's project-specific requirements, combining design, digital innovation, and construction capabilities across process engineering, structural and civil, architectural, mechanical/HVAC, and electrical services.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely delivery of construction projects.
- Create detailed construction programmes using planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Lead and facilitate Plan-Do-Review (PDR) meetings to drive project performance, ensure accountability, and promote continuous improvement.
- Support tender planning and bid submissions with programme input.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a planning role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and methodologies.
- Experience with NEC, JCT, or other standard forms of contract (desirable).
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
