About The Role
Are you a highly organised administrator with construction industry experience? Do you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, supporting great people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactiveConstruction Project Coordinatorto join our friendly, close-knit team in Brighton.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in helping our projects run efficiently by supporting the management team with admin across operations, invoicing, payments, and compliance. As we grow, you'll have genuine opportunities to shape processes, take on increasing responsibilities, and progress into senior administrative or project management roles.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing phone and email communications, ensuring messages and queries reach the right people
Keeping project files and drawings organised and up to date using modern digital systems
Tracking labour invoices and maintaining Excel cost trackers
Assisting with credit control and payment follow-ups
Supporting client billing, including applications for payment.
Co-ordinating fleet admin and vehicle paperwork
Helping submit forms (e.g. building control, PQs, CHAS/Constructionline)
Managing diaries, training logs, retention deadlines, and office supplies
Assisting with Risk Assessments and Method Statements coordination
Supporting quality control processes and inspection documentation

What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of admin experience, including 2+ years in the construction industry
Confident with Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel, Outlook and OneDrive
A natural multi-tasker with great attention to detail
A calm, friendly phone manner and clear written communication
Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and use initiative
Basic understanding of construction health and safety requirements
Excited about working in a growing, dynamic environment
