A progressive and people focused principal contractor is looking to appoint experienced Project Managers to support its continued growth across major facade remediation projects. With confirmed work secured into 2028, this is an opportunity to join a stable, cash rich business that continues to invest in its people, its technology, and the future of safer, better built environments. Head office is in Portsmouth, and for the next two years projects will be concentrated around Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield. Projects range in value up to £22 million and include complex schemes across residential towers, stadiums, commercial buildings, and public sector assets. The company has built strong, long-term partnerships with blue chip clients and is widely recognised for technical delivery on challenging and sensitive sites. Now targeting further growth, the company is scaling with purpose, aiming to exceed £50 million turnover this year. Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

Project Manager Job Overview
Overseeing contract and project management of significant envelope cladding schemes. Responsible for risk management, site activities, health and safety adherence, and compliance. Ensuring projects run efficiently within agreed timelines and financial parameters. Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.
Project Manager Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' specific experience in envelope cladding.
- Solid technical and contractual knowledge with strong financial and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability in managing project teams, subcontractors, and client interactions.
- Technical proficiency and a robust understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Must be located within a practical commuting distance to specified regional sites.
