Construction Project Manager Job Overview
- Delivering project management services from concept to completion
- Managing procurement, contract admin, cost, risk, and quality controls
- Leading meetings with clients, design teams and contractors
- Reporting on programme progress, financials and compliance
- Working across diverse projects with a sustainability focus
- Driving stakeholder engagement and building long-term client relationships
- Contributing to internal best practices and business improvement
- 2+ years' experience in a consultancy environment (Project Management)
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
- Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g. APM, MRICS, MCIOB)
- Strong communicator with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Contract knowledge (NEC, JCT etc.) and understanding of construction processes
- Proficient in MS Project and/or Asta Power Project advantageous
- Based within a commutable distance to London (hybrid model)
- Full UK driving licence
