A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and ambitiousSenior Associate or Counsel-level Construction Lawyerto join its growing Scottish team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a top-tier construction and engineering practice, advising on high-profile, complex projects across the UK and internationally.

The Opportunity

You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters, including:

• Major urban regeneration and infrastructure developments
• Energy, education, healthcare, and commercial projects
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, and ancillary documents
• Advising on procurement strategies and standard forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, IChemE)
• Contributing to business development and thought leadership initiatives

This role offers the chance to work closely with clients including developers, institutional investors, public bodies, contractors, and lenders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be admitted as a solicitor in Scotland or England & Wales
• Have strong experience in non-contentious construction law
• Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Be commercially astute, proactive, and collaborative
• Show ambition to contribute to the growth of a thriving practice
