Construction Litigation Solicitor, 8+ PQE, Suffolk

We are a well established law firm seeking a senior Construction Litigation Solicitor.

The Role

Act for a diverse client base including developers, contractors, local authorities, education institutions and healthcare providers. Handle contentious construction matters through litigation, arbitration, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution.

The Candidate

• Minimum eight years’ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm.
• Significant experience advising on contentious matters arising from industry standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, etc.).
• Solid understanding of adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings.
• Strategic, commercially focused advice ability.
• Confidence to manage own caseload and supervise others.
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration.
