A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Construction Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) to join its expanding Construction and Projects Solutions team in Birmingham. The Role

• Large‑scale infrastructure projects (airports, rail, energy, water)
• Real estate developments across sectors including commercial, residential and mixed‑use
• Cladding remediation schemes for developers
• Construction mandates for universities and institutional investors
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and project documentation
• Supporting bids and procurement processes for major frameworks

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3‑6 years PQE in construction or projects law
• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
• Commercially aware and client‑focused
• Able to build strong relationships in an agile working environment
• Organised with solid project management capabilities
• Experience advising contractors and key stakeholders is desirable
