What we are looking for:

• Experience in a 360 recruitment role, preferably in the legal sector, or a legal sector background interested in transitioning into legal recruitment.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Location flexibility with offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and opportunities elsewhere.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and establish rapport with diverse individuals.
