The Role

Join Veeva as we modernize software for the life sciences industry. We are bringing to market a modern cloud solution designed to optimize laboratories with increased efficiency and productivity by streamlining processes. You will partner with our customers to implement Veeva’s newest product - Veeva Vault LIMS.

If you are passionate about bringing disruptive technology to customers and have ideas for successful GMP software implementation, this role will enable you to drive new product adoption through successful implementations.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent role with Veeva. It is customer-facing, with no specific work location requirement, provided you are near an airport and able to meet future travel needs.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU or UK. Veeva does not sponsor employment visas for this position.

What You'll Do

• Participate in projects at life sciences companies designing, configuring, and deploying Vault Quality Suite applications
• Lead requirements workshops: design, prototype, configuration, and solutions
• Ensure customer success from project initiation to completion

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems
• Technical aptitude to understand and translate business requirements into solution designs
• Proven leadership in customer engagement and fostering teamwork
• Experience in stakeholder management, critical thinking, technical communication, and ensuring client success in solution implementation
• Willingness to travel as required

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of laboratory information management, compliance, and validation processes
• Experience with LIMS systems like LabWare, SQL LIMS, LabVantage, StarLIMS, SampleManager, SmartLab, BIOVIA, Nugenesis, Empower, and similar systems
• Consulting experience
• SaaS/Cloud experience
