Job Title: PreSales Architect

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Articulate the business value of proposed solutions, aligning technical capabilities with customer outcomes.
  • Articulate multi-product, cross-portfolio value proposition of AVEVA solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, high-level architectures.
  • Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Focus on the Enterprise/Strategic customer to help them in their digital transformation journey.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud platforms, similar or competing to AVEVA software.
  • Proven industry knowledge in sectors such as Energy, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, and/or Manufacturing—aligned with AVEVA’s customer base.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
