About you: Access Legal Software is used by our clients daily. You should have a good working knowledge of the training cycle and be able to adapt course content to help users work smarter. You will also help create and maintain training material for an ever-changing industry using the latest training delivery tools and techniques.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead dynamic training sessions: deliver engaging training to groups and individuals, remotely or in person, ensuring clients in the legal sector feel confident with their case management software.
  • Create cutting-edge training materials: design resources that educate and inspire users to master the software seamlessly.
  • Become the go-to expert: develop expert-level knowledge of our legal software products to troubleshoot, support, and innovate.
  • Travel and client engagement: travel to work directly with clients, build relationships, and provide hands-on, tailored support.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Strong foundation in customer engagement with experience delivering impactful training.
  • Ideally experience in the legal industry; your insights help you hit the ground running.
  • Confident presenting to groups of all sizes with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to create compelling materials.
  • Familiarity with modern training techniques to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive results.
