Are you an operational architect who thrives on dismantling complexity through automation?
At Trilogy, we don't just acquire software companies—we transform them with unprecedented speed and efficiency. Our competitive edge lies in our ability to reimagine operations through lean, intelligent systems rather than expanding headcount.
As a Consultant, you'll spearhead comprehensive transformations across our diverse portfolio. Your projects might include streamlining post-acquisition employee transitions, replacing legacy systems with AI-powered alternatives, or creating automations that reclaim thousands of work hours. You'll leverage Python, cutting-edge LLM APIs, and tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP—all backed by battle-tested playbooks that keep you focused on delivering measurable impact.
Our 100+ product ecosystem operates with minimal layers, accelerated decision cycles, and performance standards that far exceed traditional enterprise environments. This role offers the rare opportunity to drive significant change without navigating bureaucratic mazes or managing oversized teams.
We've eliminated maintenance-mode operations, outsourced transformations, and leadership positions that can't execute independently. We're seeking technically profound, execution-oriented leaders who view automation as a multiplier and velocity as a strategic advantage. If this resonates with your approach to operational excellence, you'll find your ideal challenge here.
What You Will Be Doing
- Tackle complex operational initiatives including merger integrations, enterprise-wide system transitions, and organizational restructuring
- Craft and implement automation solutions that render traditional CRM and task management tools obsolete using Python programming and LLM API integration
- Orchestrate AI-enhanced workflows through platforms like Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP to eliminate repetitive tasks and compress response times
- Drive projects from initial assessment to full implementation, applying established methodologies and executive decision-making
- Successfully complete a practical technical assessment demonstrating your capability to conceptualize and build AI-forward solutions
- Overseeing extensive personnel structures or depending on organizational hierarchy to achieve objectives
- Participating in protracted consensus-building sessions or requiring group approval to advance initiatives
- Outsourcing critical implementation work to technical teams or contractors—you'll personally design and execute solutions
- Supervising routine operational functions—this position focuses exclusively on transformation and acceleration
Conceptualize and implement AI-enhanced operational frameworks that minimize manual intervention, simplify complex processes, and enable scalable execution throughout Trilogy's worldwide software ecosystem.
Basic Requirements
- Geographic location within North America (California excluded), South/Central America, or Western Europe (time zones UTC -8 to UTC +2)
- Minimum 5 years leading operational initiatives in enterprise software environments
- At least 3 years experience in client-interfacing positions (including Support, Sales, Collections, or similar)
- Verifiable proficiency in Python automation development and LLM API integration
- Hands-on experience with Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or comparable tools for developing production-quality automated solutions
- Demonstrated capacity for autonomous thinking, rapid execution, and delivering critical outcomes without supervision
- Track record of managing major organizational transitions such as acquisition integrations or large-scale staff reductions
- Background in creating and implementing operations systems powered by artificial intelligence
- Documented collection of self-developed automation solutions deployed at enterprise scale
