We’re looking for changemakers with recent, hands‑on experience in AI development, people who not only understand the technology but can connect it to the bigger picture. You’ll help our clients build, scale, and embed AI capabilities across their organisations, driving transformation from strategy through to execution.

Your Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and delivery, perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems. From Agentic AI in risk governance, to AI sovereignty in enterprise architecture, to enabling the AI‑empowered workforce of tomorrow, you’ll be working at the cutting edge of what’s next.

  • We REDEFINE strategy – you will work with clients to define their ambition for AI, identify high‑impact use cases and design prioritisation frameworks that guide investment to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and built for scale.
  • We ENABLE business transformation with AI – you will help clients disrupt their business model to embed AI and automation into core business processes to unlock new capabilities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.
  • We BUILD scalable AI capability – you will help organisations develop and scale AI across functions, embedding the right skills, tools, governance and culture to enable sustainable adoption. From operating models to talent strategy, we ensure AI becomes a core part of how the business operates.
  • We DRIVE responsible AI adoption – you will help organisations design and implement robust frameworks to safely and responsibly deploy, monitor and assure AI. We ensure AI is used transparently, securely, and inline with core business values.
  • We SUPERCHARGE delivery – we leverage the power of AI to accelerate delivery and drive innovation for our clients and our business. As part of this role you will be encouraged to experiment with new AI and automation technologies to build proof of concepts, augment research and automate tasks.

Role

As part of your role alongside client work you will have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development – leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

  • AI capability development and enablement – you’ve supported organisations in building their AI capabilities whether through designing learning pathways, shaping operating models, running readiness assessments, or simply helping teams understand how to get started with AI.
  • Understanding of AI ethics and assurance – you’re aware of the risks and responsibilities of AI, and can contribute to designing frameworks for safe, transparent, and accountable deployment.

Technology & Delivery Experience

  • Understanding of data and AI technologies, in particular GenAI & Agentic Systems – whether through hands‑on development or strategic exposure, you can confidently engage with AI concepts and tools and understand how to apply these technologies to solve real business challenges.
  • Workshop design and facilitation – you’ve designed and led engaging workshops, both virtually and in person.
  • Presentation and storytelling – you’re comfortable presenting insights, recommendations, and prototypes to clients and internal teams.
  • High‑quality output delivery – you take pride in producing impactful deliverables, from proof of concepts and interactive designs to business cases and strategy documents.

Seniority Levels

  • Consultants – you’ll have a strong foundation in data and AI, and are able to showcase your entrepreneurship.
  • Senior Consultants – you’ll bring experience delivering AI strategy and transformation projects.
