Your Role

Join our fast‑growing Data‑Driven Financial Risk & Compliance (DFRC) team and shape the future of risk and finance. In this role you will:

  • Partner with business and data teams to understand data requirements, define data ownership and apply governance policies.
  • Implement and support data governance and data quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data and records governance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage metadata to enhance data discoverability, consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to governance standards.
  • Lead agile delivery of projects, gather requirements, analyse data, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

  • Current or previous experience in a consulting firm and/or a Financial Services background (minimum 2 years, depending on grade).
  • Experience across End‑to‑End Analytics, AI Transformation or large‑scale Deployment programmes.
  • Strong data‑centric mindset with ability to solve complex problems using the latest tools & technologies.
  • Excellent storytelling skills – can present technical and non‑technical concepts to a wide audience.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data stewardship, lineage, metadata management and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency with data management tools such as Informatica, Collibra or Talend; SQL knowledge for data structure analysis.
  • Experience with project governance tools (JIRA, Epic, User Story backlog) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Senior Consultant Requirements

  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, BCBS 239, Solvency II) and their impact on data governance.
  • Records Management or data privacy framework experience.
  • People management, product owner or workstream management experience.
  • Commercial cycle involvement: defining project scope and agreeing on budgets.
